This includes both the construction of new structures as well as the assessment of existing ones. We also offer our services to the operators of prestressed concrete structures and bridges.
Services for prestressed concrete and bridge construction:
- Single application cases of prestressing systems that are not covered by technical certificates
- Special solutions for reservoir and tank structures (hooping, prestressing concepts, detailing)
- First applications of prestressing systems (concept, monitoring, assessment)

- Coupling joints (prestressing steel fatigue): expertise, monitoring
- Stress corrosion
- Assessment of load-bearing capacity and durability of prestressed concrete structures (e.g. structural analysis, monitoring)

- Life cycle analyses for single structures and whole portfolios of structures
- Design services for new structures or strengthening of existing structures with budget or overall cost optimization
- Planning and consulting for the optimisation of bridge portfolios with regard to bridge inspection according to DIN 1076 as well as necessary remedial actions (e.g. in the course of PPP projects)
