Dr.-Ing. Dipl.-Kfm. Hermann Weiher is managing partner of matrics engineering GmbH and responsible for 'Bridges'. He studied civil engineering and economics, and obtained a doctoral degree in 2007 in the field of prestressed concrete (TU München, Prof. K. Zilch). From 2003 until 2009 he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Concrete Construction of TU München. There he was a member of the group 'Bridges and Post-Tensioning' and was group leader from 2006 onwards. From 2004 until 2010 Mr. Weiher also provided independent consulting services in the area of prestressed concrete construction for existing structures, for the assessment of prestressing systems, prestressing technology and ground engineering. Mr. Weiher is a Professional Engineer in Germany (BayIKaBau) and an Inspection Engineer (DIN1076).

Dipl.-Ing. Jürgen Schulz is responsible for 'Product development of prestressing systems and ground anchors'. He studied civil engineering at TU München specializing in structural engineering. He is a member of Task Group 9.12 "Ground Anchors" at fib Commission 9 ‚Reinforcing and Prestressing Steel' (formerly FIP). His diploma thesis on anchoring prestressing tendons using high-performance concrete was awarded the 2010 Innovation Prize of the Deutscher Beton- und Bautechnikverein.
Sebastian Hock M.Sc. is responsible for 'Innovation and hybrid anchorages'. Mr. Hock is responsible for research cooperations with universities and labs, e.g. for ZukunftBAU with TUM. He studied civil engineering at TU München and specialized in Structures and Construction Management.
Ilaria Galasso M.Sc. is working as project engineer for 'Bridges'. She studied Architectural Engineering at University of Padova, Italy and at TU München.
Diego Lozano Saiz is working as project engineer for 'Innovations and hybrid anchorages'. He studied Civil Engineering at University of Burgos, Spain and University of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Dipl.-Ing. Katrin Runtemund is working as project engineer for 'Bridges'. She studied Civil Engineering at TU München with specialization in Materials and Structures. 2013 she finished her doctoral research at the Chair of Mechanics (Prof. G. Müller).
